AVANTI HOUSE 1 AND MUSEUM

Avanti Guest House #1 was built in 1921 as a family home.  Upon our purchase of Guest House #1 in 2012, we made extensive renovations.  When purchased it had 31 broken panes of glass and the roof was caved in in two places and several bathrooms were added to accommodate short-term guests.  It officially opened in 2013 as a guest house and museum decorated with Avanti Memorabilia and the Avanti Car Theme.  In 2017 we made another major renovation and added the two-story gazebo/spiral staircase to the rear of the house.  Very unique feature for this house.

Guest House #1 features six guest rooms, three full bathrooms, and five half bathrooms!  The old woodwork and character is not only intact but highlighted throughout the home.  The 6 guest rooms in House #1 are named after the various owners of the Avanti Factories, ie, Studebaker/(Kellogg room), Newman-Altman Room, Blake Room, Kelly Room, Seaton Room and Cafaro Room.
